DUTCH VERSION/NEDERLANDSE VERSIE

1) Showtickets (voorstellingen)

Annuleren met terugbetaling: tot 48 uur vóór aanvang van de show.
Omruilen: minder dan 48 uur vóór de show kan je je ticket omruilen voor een andere datum/show (onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid).
No-show: niet opdagen zonder vooraf te verwittigen = geen terugbetaling en geen omruil.

2) Workshop-tickets

Annuleren met terugbetaling: tot 2 weken (14 dagen) vóór de start van de workshop.
Doorschuiven/omruilen: binnen 14 dagen vóór de start kan je kosteloos doorschuiven naar een andere geplande workshop (onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid).
No-show: niet opdagen = geen terugbetaling en geen doorschuiving.

3) Uitzondering bij acute, ernstige ziekte

Bij acute, ernstige ziekte kan je, mits doktersattest, een volledige terugbetaling krijgen.
Stuur je attest (foto/PDF) mee bij je aanvraag. We beoordelen enkel aanvragen die vóór het event of binnen 48 uur na het gemiste event binnenkomen.

4) Vergissing bij aankoop

Heb je per ongeluk het verkeerde ticket gekocht of een fout gemaakt bij de bestelling?
Mail ons zo snel mogelijk via amaiomedyclub@gmail.com met onderwerp “Vergissing bestelling” en voeg je bestelnummer toe. We helpen je graag verder.

5) Praktisch – zo vraag je een annulatie of omruiling aan

Mail naar amaicomedyclub@gmail.com en vermeld:

Bestelnummer en naam op de bestelling
Event/workshop, datum en aantal tickets
Wat je wil doen: terugbetaling (indien binnen de termijn) of omruilen/doorschuiven
Indien van toepassing: doktersattest als bijlage

Wij antwoorden zo snel mogelijk met de opties en bevestiging.

6) Extra info

Tijdsrekening: alle termijnen worden berekend t.o.v. de geplande starttijd (tijdzone Europe/Brussels).
Beschikbaarheid: omruilen/doorschuiven is steeds onder voorbehoud van beschikbare plaatsen.
Betaalmethode: terugbetalingen gebeuren via dezelfde betaalmethode als de aankoop.
Servicekosten: tenzij anders vermeld, rekenen we geen extra kosten aan voor annuleren binnen de toegestane termijnen of voor omruilen/doorschuiven.

ENGLISH VERSION

1) Show Tickets

Cancellation with refund: up to 48 hours before the start of the show.
Exchanges: less than 48 hours before the show, tickets can be exchanged for another date/show (subject to availability).
No-show: if you do not attend and do not notify us in advance, there is no refund and no exchange.

2) Workshop Tickets

Cancellation with refund: up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the workshop.
Reschedule/exchange: within 14 days before the start, tickets may be moved free of charge to another scheduled workshop (subject to availability).
No-show: not attending = no refund and no rescheduling.

3) Exception in case of acute, serious illness

In case of acute, serious illness, a full refund is possible upon presentation of a valid doctor’s note.
Please include the certificate (photo/PDF) with your request.
We only evaluate requests that arrive before the event or within 48 hours after the missed event.

4) Purchase mistake

Did you accidentally buy the wrong ticket or make a mistake during checkout?
Email us as soon as possible at amaicomedyclub@gmail.com
Use subject line: “Order mistake” and include your order number. We’ll be happy to help.

5) How to request a cancellation or exchange

Send an email to amaicomedyclub@gmail.com with:

Order number and name on the order
Event/workshop, date, and number of tickets
What you want to do: refund (if within the allowed timeframe) or exchange/reschedule
If applicable: doctor’s note as attachment

We will reply as soon as possible with available options and confirmation.

6) Additional information

Time calculation: all deadlines are calculated based on the scheduled start time (timezone Europe/Brussels).
Availability: exchanges/rescheduling are always subject to available seats.
Payment method: refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Service fees: unless otherwise specified, there are no extra costs for cancellations within the allowed terms or for exchanges/rescheduling.
